Clovesy is operated by Nevika Innovation Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle your information when you use Clovesy.
What we collect
Your mobile number (for sign-in), name, email, delivery addresses, order history, wellness preferences you choose to share, reviews and community posts, and basic device and usage information. Payments are processed by Cashfree; we do not store your card or UPI details.
How we use it
To sign you in, process and deliver orders, provide customer support, personalise product suggestions, prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — send offers.
Health-related information
Life-stage and wellness interests are optional and used only to personalise suggestions. We never sell this information.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with delivery partners, payment processors and service providers who help run Clovesy, or when required by law.
AI assistant
Messages you send to the Clovesy assistant are processed by our AI service provider to generate replies. Please don't share sensitive medical details.
Your choices
You can update your profile in My Clovesy, opt out of marketing at any time, or ask us to delete your account by writing to support@clovesy.com.
Security & retention
We use encryption and access controls. We keep order records as required by Indian tax law and delete other data when no longer needed.
