Return window
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, sealed and in original packaging. Each product page shows whether it is returnable.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, opened intimate care, menstrual products, cosmetics, supplements and medical devices cannot be returned unless damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery at support@clovesy.com with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel before your order is shipped by contacting us. Prepaid cancellations are refunded in full.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
